1. What products does Roylia offer?
Roylia specializes in stylish and functional lighting solutions, including wall lights, pendant lights, chandeliers, ceiling lights, outdoor lighting, landscape lights, and decorative LED fixtures for homes and commercial spaces.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Roylia ships only within the United States.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We accept eligible returns within the return period stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
