Shipping Locations
Roylia currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Standard Shipping service.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Roylia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
For damaged deliveries, please provide:

Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the shipping packaging
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
